The Gino's salad came with two types of cheese - provolone and fresh mozzarella - and was topped with a ton of freshly grilled, well seasoned chicken. It also came with an entire roll of fresh, crisp Italian bread. I got the salad with the house vinaigrette which was a balsamic dressing. Overall it was just what I needed after my workout.
