As u/votes0nly suggested, Nocturne is a former villain turned hero. I strayed from the original prompt to try to re-use some characters from previous responses and it made this scene much busier/harder to follow, I think (plus the sidekicks weren't really needed). I tweaked it a bit to add a little more clarity.
