In the Warhammer Community post they're just described as regular Chaos Space Marines, not Chaos Primaris or anything else different. For now it's just a few models in the Blackstone Fortress boxed game but we can assume there will be a proper kit of them at some point. They kind of already did that, albeit it was at the dark behest of GW's need for more money on Marine sales. The Cicatrix apparently did more than just ruin large swathes of the Imperium as a whole; it demolished so many Space Marine chapters in the ensuing timey-wimey horrible-hole-in-reality chaos, it made way for the Ultima/Primaris founding.
