Fattoria La Vialla is een familielandbouwbedrijf, gelegen in het schitterende Chianti gebied in Toscane op 20 minuutjes van Arezzo. In 1978 begon de familie Lo Franco dit avontuur en tegenwoordig wordt het 'gerund' door de 3 broers Lo Franco, een echt familiebedrijf dus! La Vialla is a centre of excellence for wines & foods, biodynamic & beautifully presented. The heart of the Fattoria has a winery, oil processing, cheese making, vinegar making, an amazing museum of historical artefacts, a cantina, a shop, & a delightfully helpful staff (excellent English!). See them making the bread, biscuits & sauces, walk.
Ursprüngliches Italien Einwöchiger Urlaub in der Fattoria La Vialla
Je kunt La Vialla ook bezoeken. Wij deden dat vorige week voor de derde keer. Je kunt er een rondleiding volgen en zo meer leren over de werking van de boerderij. Wij bezochten vorige week het museum: een Italiaans landhuis ingericht zoals het in het begin van de 20e eeuw zou geweest zijn, met enkele extra kamers met oude werktuigen.

Hij heeft redenen genoeg. Zonnestralen schijnen door de bomen en verwarmen de Toscaanse grond. Cipressen en hazelaars wuiven zachtjes in het briesje.
