Polymer clay isn't usually considered safe for aquariums. It may be, and it may be for larger fish in lots of water, or for other factors, but no one truly knows. This is presuming btw that the clay has been thoroughly cured because unpolymerized oils can eventually leach into the water if not, from deep in the center of the items.

0 0 0. Aves Studio makes a reef-safe clay-like product called Apoxie-Sculpt. I have used it for years to mount frags, alter the shape of rock, and make magnetic shelves for corals in my tank. It is 2 part - you mix the colored part (multiple color choices) with the hardener and you have about an hour to work with it before it hardens.
