Is 16 inch arms considered big? I've been lifting for almost 6 years now. its been very difficult for me to get bigger arms and legs, i have long arms 6'5 arm span. What size arms do you guys consider to be big? Is it difficult for you guys to grow your arms? My goal is 18 inches at 220, maintaining my 7 % bodyfat when i'm done lifting.
